Friendly hosts, close to djemaa el fna and bus stop from airport (bus 19). A nice breakfast is served at the rooftop.

Thanks to the other Mohammed for helping me change my bus ticket, also facilitating an early breakfast for me on the day I left was much appreciated. The riad is located very close to the main square with a nice rooftop to relax and enjoy the sun. Highly recommended.

Mohamed the property manager was the nicest and most helpful person we met in our 8 day trip across 5 different properties . Property location is 5 mins from Jemaa el-Fnaa but google maps sometimes takes you on a much longer route.

Washroom a little basic but did the job

The location is not easy to find, you should call the host and ask him to pick you up

Lovely host, very welcoming and warm. Great location. Quiet street but only 5mins walk from the main square.

Bed was very hard. Shower had no curtain so the bathroom floor would be very wet after showering and it sloped down towards the toilet so you’d need to wear shoes to use the loo.

They were very accommodating of us leaving early in the morning for our Sahara desert excursion. We had to leave before the breakfast service started, so they gave us a bagged breakfast to go the night before. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us some recommendations for cafes to go to to see Jemaa Al Fnaa square from above and to get good food.

We only stayed here for one night before going on our Sahara desert excursion, so we intentionally chose a less expensive hotel. The room was very small and didn't have much space to put our luggage. We had a hard time closing the door to the room and properly locking it, but with some muscle we got it to work. They gave us the option to be picked up from the train station and brought to the hotel by their own driver. This ended up costing 4x what a regular cab would have cost. I wouldn't recommend it. I would recommend just having the Riad send a porter out to Jemaa Al Fnaa Square and taking a cab to the square which is must cheaper.

The Riad is absolutely amazing! It smells so good when we enter and the rooms are beautiful, very confortable and clean. We woke up listening to the birds even if we were close to the main square, which was a big surprise. It's a quite place. Mohammed is the perfect host and an amazing person! He received us with bread and tea and it was the best reception we've ever had. His simpaty and kindness made our visit unforgettable. The breakfast was by far the most tasty we've ever had in a trip.

Everything was amazing - the rooms, cleaning, breakfast, decoration. Also, we are 10 and all the Riad were just for us which changed the experience! Last, Mohammed was always incredible and one of the best persons we haver met.
