Royal Park Lodge

Rooms were very spacious and clean, with good-sized bathrooms and excellent showers. The staff were very helpful and flexible for our needs. It was very well located for us right on the Great South Road with a very regular bus service into town and not far from the railway station, and very good value for money.

Would have preferred a slightly better equipped kitchen.

Very quiet given the location, had all I needed, very strong shower with plenty of hot water, was only a 3 minute walk to supermarket and mcDs, suited me just fine.

I think the groundsman was on leave, the grass around the units could do with tidy up.

Spacious room, comfortable bedding, hot water and shower pressure was awesome

Room was clean when we arrived absolutely beautiful rooms definitely worth the price and the location was good couldn’t hear traffic.

We initially booked 3 nights but stayed 11 in the end. The location is great for transport to the city centre, places to eat and a great coffee shop very close. The owners were very accommodating and efficient. The rooms are big (we stayed in 3 different apartments). Good sound proofing, beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are large and the shower was great.
