Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel

湖邊房間景色優美，晚上大堂有live music，不錯。附近餐廳配套很少，建議在酒店吃或預計打車到其他地方找吃的。

ベルボーイさんが常にドアの内外にいて親切。フロントの係の方もスムーズな対応でした。広々としたツインルームは清潔快適で、バスルームも広く申し分無いお部屋です。一番良かったのは、ビュッフェの朝食。その場で作ってくれるフレッシュジュースや、コーヒーや食事をテイクアウトしてokだったのが他には無い素晴らしいサービスだと思いました。週末の朝食は激混みですが、それだけ人気があるのが伺えます。また絶対泊まりたいと思うホテルの一つです。

Nice hotel and good breakfast

stayed for one night in mid June. good : check-in was pretty good & smooth, recognizing my gold status, room upgrade..etc. very efficient. bad: - asking for additional bath towel, it took a very long time with a follow up call, eventually showed up - after getting the towel , with my "do not disturb" sign turned on, a staff member showed up at with bottled water, which I never requested, and they do NOT observe "do NOT disturb" , unbelievable! - with the "do NOT disturb sign on", in the middle of night, hotel staff called my room - waking me up, of course - asking me if I still need bath towel, which they had already sent to my room after excruciatingly long wait. The lady from the hotel even started to argue with me.. - they never credit me for the stay to my Marriott account , at least not yet ( I called the hotel a week or so after I checked out, the manager on duty was supposed to get this done, so far no credit yet. They should have credit the staying guest right after they check out at first place. (supposedly, on the day of my check out, their system was down, but they should not be excuse for not credit me 2 weeks after checking out) Not only have they failed that, they are still dragging their fee to credit me for the night on my account. So, the service overall was terrible with the exception for the check-in at the front desk . I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This is a good hotel. Maybe more of a 4.5 but there is no option for this. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need for business travel. The TV channels are a little hurting if you only speak English. I watched too much CNN World... The movie channels had no movie that was worth watching from my viewpoint. The lounge is quiet if you have a club room. The evening food in the club is decent. Standard drinks. The breakfast was much better on the ground floor. The free coffee in the lounge was a nice benefit since coffee is expensive (around $10 CAD!). The location of this hotel is good for traffic generally. Easy to get to the southern downtown area. Some attractions nearby. Directly around the hotel there is not much to go to, so it is either by taxi or paying for the food at the hotel. The prices at the hotel are expensive overall if you are going to eat or drink there. The lounge band is good and very talented. Nice was to chill out at the end of the day.

After fully immersed in historic sites and tourist attractions in Tianjin (五大道风情旅游区,意风区,金汤桥,古文化街), we enjoyed good rest in the well equipped rooms and lounge on the top floor in this hotel. The breakfast was decent with freshly made juice. The service was good even though rooms for improvement comparing to other Marriott hotels in Shanghai and Hangzhou.

以前から利用しておりますが、朝食を提供するレストランの サービスについて不満があります。服務員は後片付けが主の 業務であるかのように、頻繁にやってきては食器を片付けよう とします。「コーヒーのおかわりはいかがでしょうか」とか、 「フォークをお持ちしましょうか」とかお客様の要望にサービス するのが一番大事なのではないでしょうか。開業当初より 時がたつにつれて、レベルがひどくなっており、仕事中に 作業台の引き出しにスマートフォンを入れて、動画を見たりして いる光景も目にしました。とても、ルネッサンスとは思えない ような状況になってきております。
