great stay from check-in to check-out. Room was clean and had plenty of room. breakfast was great with friendly service. I would happily stay next time I'm traveling through.

The room was great and the the staff was awesome. From the woman who checked us in and gave a great recommendation for a place to go to dinner. The woman who was taking care of breakfast was so friendly and helpful and finally the gentleman who checked us out.

Room was not what we paid for - had 1 bed for 3 people instead of the 2 we were supposed to get. Guy at desk was good about it, but no other room to give us, so my brother, 48 years old, slept on a blanket on the floor. Tried to hit the hot tub, it was green. So didn’t do that. Breakfast had no meat available.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient

Clean great property!

It was a very HOT weekend. The thermostat in my room said 78. It would NOT get cooler. Told front desk. Handyman arrived. He lied about what he did then left. Room temp got warmer, not cooler. I was leaving for the day so I asked front desk clerk Lucy to keep an eye on my room temp in case it continued to get worse. She seemed offended that I asked. When I got back to my room it was indeed warmer. I was then informed that TWO front desk clerks had been in my room and they were BOTH comfortable with the temp so that was that!!!!! Oh, and I should disregard the temp on thermostat as it wasn't accurate. I went out and bought my own gauge to measure room temp. They were right. Room thermostat was wrong! It was even WARMER in the room than what was on thermostat BUT because the "front desk clerks were comfortable," there was NOTHING they were going to do about the situation! SO PLEASE DON'T STAY AT FAIRFIELD INN UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO MAKE FRONT DESK STAFF COMFORTABLE!!! HONEST, I COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP!
