I had to get my family up at 3 am due to an ant infestation. There were in the bed crawling on us and. In the bathroom. They didn’t wanna offer any kind of courtesy

The keys to the rooms never worked

Staff was very helpful.. I forgot my phone cube & the front desk had one someone left behind & let me borrow it..

Breakfast could’ve been better.. eggs were definitely out of a box & very watery.. sausage was over cooked but both were edible…

The staff were very nice and friendly. The linens were clean.

Everywhere you look is worn items and damage. They are supposedly doing renovations and our room was in bad shape. It had wires sticking out of the thermostat that will be going in on the wall. I asked them to put the wires back inside of it because my 13 year old had gotten snagged twice trying to pass by it on that side of the bed. I reported it and someone came and pushed the wires inside, they said it wasn’t connected to anything, and shoved a washcloth in it. It had a hole in the bathroom door. Furniture was old and showed signs of tremendous wear. We checked out a day early because the night before at about 1130pm someone tried accessing our main room door and adjoining door. We were so unnerved. We went out in the hallway to see what was happening and there was a woman waiting next door for staff to come open her door. The pool was dirty with lots of bugs and stuff floating in it.

The hair dryer didn't work.
