"I didn’t stay there just having to pay after there was no hot water"

I did not stay there. They didn’t have any hot water. I was charged for the stay even when sleep inn cancelled. Booking.com charged me anyway

"Good stay"

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Easy access. The breakfast was good.

The pillows were very hard. The tub leaked horribly. It was late when we checked in & didn’t want to have to change rooms. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
