"The stay was horrible! The only good thing about this place is the location!"

The location was perfect

When I arrived, I was charged $10 more than what my booking reservation said, and the front desk worker refused to call the manager. He was very rude and acted like he didn’t even want to be there. The entire room was infested with roaches — even on the BED. I had to keep my luggage zipped shut just to keep the roaches out. We also had issues with the shower knob. Overall, the stay was horrible, and we felt uncomfortable the entire time because of the roaches.

Clean, nice staff, easy access to our room

Pool was green even though we weren’t swimming but looked gross. Pillows are only 1/2 size, that was weird, prefer a whole pillow.
