Staff is awesome

ROACHES crawling over our entire luggage. Dead ROACHES on the bathroom floor. Crawling ROACHES all over our items!! Plus next morning zero, nada, no hot breakfast like advertised. Had to purchase breakfast somewhere else because they advertised free hot breakfast but there was none! ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES and no hot breakfast. Left countless messages at the front desk but the owner NEVER reached out!
