The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

The Picasso is a Jewel for the price. The Salcedo neighborhood is just a paradise for an urban lover from the US. Safe! Affordable Upscale Restaurants by the dozens in every direction. The hotel is Decorated with art and is lovely. It’s only 9 floors so it’s cozy and comfortable. It’s a 15 min walk to the Top Malls but why do that when a Ride Share is <$3 to get there!

Place is a Jewel. Neighbor so safe and clean with unlimited food options within a 5 min walk.

Breakfast included was limited to sit down menu choice one per option and was not that great. Beverage was limited. It was made to order menu breakfast. Room condition was good Malaga suite stayed only complaint was the smell of sewerage at times coming from bathroom and also corridor of the rooms. There was even floor air cleaner or automatic vaporizer on floors to help clean and mask the molded and or smell of sewage at times . Key benefit was that the suite included small kitchen but also the bathtub to add water flow was not the best

hotel staff were not well trained and internal miscommunication happened so often. it is not a so called boutique hotel.

A/C issue at 409 and safe. not working in 602.

Whereever I stay it has to be extremely clean and Picasso did not let me down. Every corner of the room was free from dust, hair and debris. The bathroom was clean and comfortable not the slightest hint of mold. The gym was spotless did not have a hint of odor and the equipment was well maintained. The facility smelled fresh not over powering. Last but certainly not least the staff were top notch, accommodating, polite and an excellent representation of the Filipino people! The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, coffee/tea, bars, parks, market and other attractions within walking distance especially if you like to walk. I will happily stay here again and would recommend especially if you like smaller quieter buildings. Oh let me not forget I enjoyed the gallery and art in and around the hotel as well!
