The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

A very nice stay with friendly staff -the rooms very clean it’s a very convenient location -we were on the 8th floor comfortable beds and good showers -everything convenient and we will use again in Manila -we enjoyed the breakfasts and nothing was too much trouble for the staff -excellent housekeeping

I had an excellent experience with Patrick, who cleaned my hotel room. He was incredibly responsive to my requests and had everything cleaned up quickly and efficiently. The service was prompt, and the room looked spotless in no time. My whole stay was very pleasant and I really appreciate the hotel location

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is I would not pay in advance for breakfast again as it is in the adjacent restaurant that only provides a limited menu when prepaid. Better off just to pay on site or go elsewhere for a full menu

Staff was very helpful and friendly. At first, I was given a room with a door that has security concerns, but the receptionist was kind enough to accomodate to my needs and gave me another room. The receptionist went above and beyond to provide me a room that I think was upgraded to what I originally booked for. The hotel is close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend hotel despite the mishap when I first checked in. Overall, the hotel is very quaint and modern.

Staff members were nice

The property is old and dated. It is desparate need of new Safe, sinks and toilet.

Property is dated. New Safe, desk chairs, alarm clock and Desks are desperarately needed. There just a feeling of the stuff in the room being very old.
