The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

I am visiting from California,USA. The service is great, hotel is clean, and everyone was accommodating. I loved everyone’s help, especially Dalia’s help for housekeeping. This hotel is conveniently located where there are lots of cafes, restaurants, and the weekend market. I would recommend this place and plan on returning.

I had the Malaga Studio room. I really like this room since it's pretty spacy and with the king size bed, there is lots of room in the bed and I always enjoy that. Same goes with the bathroom that is very nice with a good size shower. Room got upgraded with a media center now connected to the TV so that was a really nice upgrade that I used a lot. Room is clean, room service cleaning is good and the staff is so nice and helpfull. This is my go to hotel in Manila now also because of the surrounding area with nice food options, pharmacy and so on.

I have an amazing time at the hotel. This is my 4th time staying in the hotel.

Easy to book. Perfect location with walking distance to great restaurants. Hospitable and friendly staff, great amenities. Room was spacious and very well-maintained. Consistently kind staff on every visit, will definitely come back.

The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming and make you feel at home. I loved the quality of service provided by the staff as well as some of the facilities such as the aesthetically pleasing gym, the paintings hung on various hotel walls and the spacious function room. The breakfast dishes served at Pablo Bistro were great too.

I've been visiting the Philippines for business since 2023 and have always stayed at the Picasso. It's been a comfortable stay each time I've visited them for the last two years. The rooms are well sized, have all the necessary elements to keep you comfortable for your stay, whether its long os a short stay. On my last two stays, I've been attended by Dalia from the housekeeping team who ensured my room was tidy each day after my long business hours. She would attend to all my requirements efficiently. The restaurant staff at the Pablo is amazing too. April from the staff would remember my room number, my preference for the breakfast and even the water temperature that I'd prefer. This was very personalized feeling for me. It's been a home away from my home staying at the Picasso and I feel very comfortable going back each time to stay here for my business travel to Manila.

Before Picasso became a boutique hotel, it was a run-down apartment called Blanco, and I saw the interior of the original building. Today, it still carries the same layout of each room. But nicely furnished. It was an almost perfect stay, except for some hair strands left by the previous guest as souvenirs. Housekeeping must clean thoroughly.

Good location. Rooms are large. Clean and beautiful rooms. Only the receptionist asked for more deposit for 3 days charge although we paid for 3 days, and we have to negotiate to put only one day deposit for each room as all other hotels. Finally, she agreed. Otherwise, it's a really nice hotel.

I’d like to thank the front desk team for being helpful and welcoming. The security team also did a great job, ensuring a smooth stay. A special thank you to the room attendants for keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout my stay!

Our stay at Picasso Boutique Hotel was exceptional. Frebbie ensured our room was spotless 10/10 service. Angel Yap Orendain warmly welcomed us and provided a great hotel tour. The dining experience at Pablo was outstanding, with exceptionally delicious food. As an artist, I truly appreciated the hotel's artistic ambiance, seamlessly blending hospitality and creativity. I also loved the location peaceful and not too crowded, with a clean park nearby, perfect for jogging and relaxation. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return when in Makati.
