Stay is too good. Service and the staff is polite and helpful. Service from Ruth is good , she make the room always like new, even when I left it untidy. She make the room clean, beautiful and properly arranged with all the amenities. Took the service call and promptly supplied the needed utensils and the needed items to have a good stay. Thanks for your help. Also the food from Pablo is little expensive but good to taste it.

to this property! Located conveniently close to Makati dining, shopping and offices, this has become my go-to place to stay. The friendly and courteous were very helpful throughout, and we appreciated the upgrade. The suite was super comfortable and well-furnished, clean and modern. We look forward to coming back soon.

We stayed in the Barcelona Suite (With Tub): amazing studio, super functional, lots of storage, nice living space with balcony. The place was super clean and well decorated. We highly recommend staying at the Picasso for a weekend in Manila or a longer stay for work.

The room is tidy. The internet was good 👍 Staff are too polite Morning complimentary breakfast just met the expectations. May be , few Indian food included. Moreover the hotel is closer to office

My room was always clean and comfortable, excellent service from all the workers, especially Patrick (even gave me shaving supplies)

Overall stay was good. Service was excellent. I like the A La Carte buffet breakfast. Issues I have is with the Pillows. They’re way too flat. TV is also not easy to navigate and requires logging in. I’m on the 7th Floor and the AC in the corridor is dripping

I stayed in 2 different nights and both were so great, especially on my 1 night stay as they were very accommodating to my needs, they even upgraded me to a suite! a great start of my birthday week! great location, convenient to anywhere...room was spotless and very spacious. I will definitely come back whenever I visit again! thank youu for the amazing stay!

Location was great, near the restaurant and minimarket. The room was clean and great. But the minus is just the employee when we said need something like another shower cap etc. We said 3 and they just give us 1, so i need to asking again. For the breakfast it was fine, the food is good. And for the juice i think they need more variable, because 5 days i stay here i just got pineapple juice.

The room that we stayed in was perfect! Security at the lobby was very helpfull and the frondesk staff who assisted us was very warm. Amazing hotel and we would love to comeback this Christmas. Kudos to the houskeeping staff who madw our room spotless!!!

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, good atmosphere ,customer service, and cleaning the room(Mr.Jerickson). The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staffs were fantastic, Great attitude, Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy I will recommend others for sure!
