The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

Fantastic place to stay during visit to Manila. Rooms are pretty clean and tidy. Location of the hotel is excellent, too convenient to reach any nearby place. Staff are well trained and friendly. Overall had a good experience. Definitely worth staying at Picasso

We are a family of six travelling together between the ages of 82 and 9. Three adults and three children. We spent 1 night at Picasso Hotel. Picasso was a stop off in Manila between Boracay and flying onto Hong Kong. The hotel and restaurant downstairs (Pablo) are comfortable and fit for purpose for a short stay. We took three twin rooms; the rooms were of good size and clean. The gym was good. The hotel has an art gallery which is really interesting and worth a look. Also some art displayed that you can purchase. The staff were professional and polite and the food in the restaurant was of a good standard. I would recommend the hotel to business travellers and solo travellers.

Everything was good. Patrick from house keeping is a nice guys and always keeps my room very clean. Visiting in this hotel since last 1.5 yrs and staying here when ever I come to Philippines and Manila. Hotel provides very good atmosphere to work cook and eat

Well located. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean and neat with good breakfast. Malaga Suite had plenty of room for us and was a step above the normal Hotel room. Our housekeeper, Dalia, was really great. Everything in our room was sorted for us every day. Thank you.

This was my 5th or 6th time in this hotel.. Very nice staff (reception, security, cleaning service, etc.). Dalia cleaned my room every day, leaving it spotless. The rest of the employees were very attentive as well. Location of the hotel is very central in Makati, close to offices, malls, etc.

The hotel is located in a very nice area and access to the malls by walking is desired 12 minutes. it's very clean and quiet we loved the art museum breakfast has a nice portion to get you started for the day my wife and I enjoyed it very much. The only drawback the hotel do not provide body soap.

The hotel upgraded us to a suite which was perfect! The room was spotless, well appointed, and very spacious. It was more along the lines of an apartment with a cooktop and refrigerator. The bathroom was also huge with plenty of storage. The staff was very helpful. If you include breakfast in your reservation it's served in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The selection is small BUT the portions were good. I LOVE the neighborhood close to great food shopping is a sort GRAB ride away. I can't wait to visit again

The staff are very courteous and quick in responding to your concerns. The place is quiet, relaxing and exudes a feeling of calmness as soon as you enter their premises. I would like to give a special commendation to James, one of their housekeeping staff, for making my room fresh, clean and arranged everyday!

Had such a pleasant stay at Picasso. I was here for 4 weeks and I've never felt more at home here. The housekeeper Ms. Dalia was immaculate in keeping my room clean every day. Mrs. Zey was very warm, kind and accomodating in my rezz needs even on a short notice, and everybody from the front desk to the restaurant crew are easy to talk to with any request I had, whether it's parking for my guest friend, collecting packages, room amenities, etc. The cafe below (Cartel) was also quick with any coffee orders I needed at any time of the day. Security was also 24/7 and I've always felt safe roaming the nearby streets because of them. Will be back again very soon!
