"Worst hotel experience I have ever had. EVER."

2.0

I booked Travel Inn because I was traveling on the cheap....but I wish that I had spent the extra ten dollars a night to sty at Days Inn. The bed was flat, hard, and uncomfortable...and there were stains on the sheets. The shower was dingy and I found several short, black hairs (mine is long and red). I was told by the owners of the hotel that "there are lots of rooms and lots of things to keep track of and sometimes things get overlooked" (explaining the hairs in the shower) and that "the health department rules are too stringent" (which he said was the reason that the sheets had not been disposed of but were still on the bed). On the plus side, this was a REALLY cheap room, and it did have a tub with a jacuzzi effect (although after finding hairs I didn't have the desire to use it). Overall, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

"Ok for a cheap stay overnight..."

The hotel is not very well kept, sheets were clean but the matress had some broken springs, really uncomfortable after a while.

"Place sucks"

2.0

The place is old, so you expect it to not be in the best of condition. The lobby smelled of stale cigarettes, the desk clerk didn't have on shoes and spoke guttural English. The rooms were suprisingly clean and smelled clean. That was before the event. At six a.m., we hear the guy from the front desk screaming and yelling at the guest next door. He is calling her a liar and a b***h (which she may or may not be or both). She is yelling she is going to call the police. Some guy in the room is also yelling. After about ten (10) minutes, apparently they arrived at a truce and peace was restored. That is when we found the bugs (cockroaches or their deriatives) on the floor in the bathroom. WELL, later in the day we decided to give the owner's another chance. Next morning, another "Men In Black" bug crawling across the wall. Smashed that one with my shoe. Glad it was the last day. Not only methheads, prostitutes, but crawling bugs also. Regardless of the smell of cleanliness, I would recommend a night in the back of a pickup truuck before this place.

Hotel.com should not have this hotel on their site. It was not up to par with the rest of the hotels

Reasonably clean & reasonably quiet for the one star economy category. OK if you are on a tight budget.

Carpet was very worn. Furniture was worn and outdated. The least expensive hotel you could find so you really can't complain. It was clean and there were no bugs anywhere. The room came with microwave, frig, and coffee pot. Bring hair dryer and iron if you need one. It was quiet other than the traffic from the highway.

"Great Value for Overnighting"

6.0

For the low cost of the room, the facilities were in line with my expectations. For overnighting during a pass through, why pay more than these rates?

"Creepy and not for young children"

The place was ran down and the staff was a bit on the creepy side. The neighborhood was not good either. Not close to anything.
