Breakfast 1 st day was there. The host Timar was exceptional. Her help was very much appreciated. The car was ready for us .

As I was with a crutch due to recent operation I would have preferred higher couch etc but dealt with the issue.

"The advertised product was an exaggeration on the reality."

Location was central. Having a car integrated into the booking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was like an oven. Two fans made little impact. Construction in galvanised iron was not insulating from the sun. There were a number of 'extra' charges that made the advertised price misleading. Extra cost for the second person?? The description of the property was a real 'over-sell'. The gardens were small and the rooms squashed into the lot. Hardly a 'resort'. The pool was tiny and the 'spa' was a small room with a massage table!

"Perfect location for a relaxing stay,"

We were fortunate to be upgraded for some of our stay to the “White House” which is located a couple of kms from the main resort. It is here you will find the spa that is located on the balcony. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay here if we come again and highly recommend this as a place to stay. The resort itself where we started our stay is located conveniently to town and some attractions. The staff at the resort are exceptional and a special shout out to Tima

Plenty of space inside and out. Easy 5 min walk to centre of town with many restaurants to choose from. Loved our stay on Norfolk island and swimming at Emily Bay a highlight.
