Breakfast was perfect for our stay. The workers at Cumberland made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Tima and her team were so friendly and welcoming it made our stay lovely. Also Meme gave us the best massage ever!

We had just the relaxing four week holiday we were hoping for with some unexpected additions, e.g. free avocados, bananas, book library. The manager, Timar was attentive to any request and made us feel very welcome.

Everything was clean. Great kitchen and bathroom Comfortable beds, fresh bread, fresh eggs supplied for breakfast Exceptional hosts, Rael, Meme, and Tina were super helpful and friendly. Thank you

Given the remoteness of Norfolk Island, it’s totally understandable that things aren’t as new as they are on the mainland, but everything was clean and worked perfectly.

location was good and amenities were good. good size fridge and gas worked fine. friendly staff and helpful, loved free bananas.

The property is in a great location - close to town. The two bedroom unit was well organised and comfortable. Timia is a great host and shows attention to detail. the welcome pack of food and provisions is great as food is expensive at Norfolk Island.

the internet provision is great - 10 GB but the reception is low. it would be great if Norfolk Telecom provided tourists more data on the tourist plan. we decided to focus on being off the grid rather than trying to connect to the internet.

The staff were very friendly which was lovely.
