The third floor of the Hotel smelled like marijuana. It made me sick as I walked to my room.

This hotel stay was ruined by loud neighbors who got to their room at 2 a.m. They were talking loudly, turned on their television, and their dog started barking. The room itself was in pretty good condition although there was trash around the base of the bed where housekeeping did not clean thoroughly. The condition of the bathroom was borderline gross and dangerous. There was very little grip left on the tub so my wife slipped and fell in the shower. Also, the drain in the tub was exposed and showed significant mineral buildup. I thought that I could save a little bit of money on our hotel stay without problems. I was wrong. My suggestion is to spend the extra $20 to $30 on a nicer hotel.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Staff is incredible. Very nice meeting rooms.

Breakfast - simple, not great at all. Bacon tasted rubbery, potatoes were cold. Fruit seemed good but did not taste good. Old. Only decaf coffee.

It was a great experience overall. Just two minor complaints: Breakfast was a bit pricy. $9.00. So we ate at McDonalds. The lighting in the room was terrible. Other than that, staff was super friendly and no other complaints.

We were on a trip to celebrate the OSU Centennial Homecoming. The person at the front desk was pleasant. The hotel itself could use some updating. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, however the bathroom door showed that someone had tried to patch what was obvious holes in the door. And the shower was not as clean as it could have been as there was hair left in the tub. But I always carry Lysol spray and cleaner and took care of it. My reservation included breakfast, but the front desk said that it didn't and that it would cost $12 per person and after taking one look, it was clear that it was definitely not worth $12. We left and went and had breakfast at a near by restaurant, which was totally awesome. I guess in a way, I should thank the hotel for having a substandard breakfast, because we never would have found Black Bear Diner, which we highly recommend. All in all everything was ok.

Nice stay. Everything was average or above.

Reserved a handicap room with a roll in shower and when we got there to check in they said that there were none available. I was reserved five days ago so if there were any issues you would think I would get a phone call when they knew there was an issue so I could try to find another room. When I got there the receptionist said that one of the handicap rooms is unavailable and that I went through a third party and that they will rent anything. I am taking that as just trying to pass the buck. We needed a place to sleep so we just took a room that was not accessible. I was not able to bath and restroom operations were very difficult due to my handicap. The room looked to have mold above the window as you will see by the picture and a couple big spots on the wall needed painting. Will not stay here again because of the customer service.
