The hotel and room were really nice and clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. The only issue I had was there were not and curtains to darken the room so the lights outside made the room really bright at night and the sun coming up in the morning was blinding.
Although we were told we could pay when we checked in the hotel, instead they charge the credit card that was used to hold the room. We checked in at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I did not want the room charged on that card, but they said it could not be changed. When we checked out they said they cannot give us a copy of the receipt because it had to come from hotels.com not them. When we got to the room there was no remote for the TV. Went to the front desk twice, and still never received a TV remote. Been a long time since I had to get up and walk to the TV to turn the channel. Very aggravating . Two wash rags in the bathroom, one was dirty .
We reserved a King Suite. It was a nice, clean place. Easy access location.
The staff was great! The pool was freezing for an indoor pool and impossible to swim in. Overall good experience.

The front office staff was amazing! The bathroom wasn't fully stocked (no hand soap, only one towel), the walls were a little thin, and the sofa bed mattress was kind of gross. However, the main bed was comfortable, the fridge/microwave/sink combo was convenient, and the front desk team was friendly and helpful.

The hotel in a good location but I was not impressed overall. First, I was disappointed that the breakfast was an additional $9. Second, the bed was not comfortable and the sheets and blanket did not seem to fit the bed. Third, the pillows were so soft that you ended up sleeping straight on the bed. The hotel did have easy access and parking. Also, there was plenty of activities and food nearby. Would fully recommend if the comfort in the room was upgraded.
