Comfort Inn I-20 Midland Stanton

Had trouble sleeping; not the hotels fault. Microwave was unclean as was the fridge. Key card worked once, but was replaced and that did not work, second key card given at check in did work.

Staff was friendly and overall clean facility.

Parking was very limited. No place for trailer parking.

The customer service at this place is very friendly. Front desk Frances is great and will answer any and every question you have. Rosita in the kitchen is sweet. Breakfast is delicious and her salsa is amazing. Royal is very friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. This place is very clean outside and inside. We enjoyed our stay here and will book again when we come to Stanton. If anyone is ever in Stanton book here you won’t be disappointed.

It’s was ok but room smelled like an old ash tray

Sarah was a big help letting me know where everything was.Rosita makes sure nothing runs low for breakfast always checking on what is needed. Mariah got me some extra towels etc I needed.The lady’s were a big help making sure stuff is there if you need it. Royal was awesome at coming to get trash from my room and asked if I needed towels or tissue in my room .A big shout out to these people that work at Comfort Suites

Great place to stay in a busy area during the week! The staff is excellent and helpful all around.

Great hotel!! Sara is the best!! Breakfast is amazing! Thanks Rosita! Front desk staff is friendly. Dom is awesome. Beds are comfortable. Anyone coming this way I recommend you stay here you won't be disappointed.

My husband stayed here for business. He had been here the previous month and said it was ok. In a few weeks time, the breakfast had gone downhill and when he asked for another towel, he was told "I don't have any." They told him that if he brought his dirty one down, that they could give him a pool towel. REALLY? A Comfort Inn, and there aren't enough towels? He literally had ONE towel, ONE hand towel an ONE washcloth in his room. Breakfast was sub-par and late.
