Nothing really!

We have stayed there twice and both times was giving a dirty room. The room that was given to use wasn’t any better. You guys need more help we waited 30 mins to get checked in and have to deal with dirty rooms! The lady at the front was nice but needed help for sure. We will not be back to stay there!!

Location and value. Very clean.

I have stayed here several times while visiting family, and this was my first time to have a rude staff check me in.

Hotel is so nice and clean. Beds are so comfortable. Rosita makes the best Breakfast. Sara at the front Desk is nice and friendly. Anyone coming this way should stay here you won't be disappointed.. Great Hotel

How about zero stars! How did this place get ANY good reviews. Front desk person was never at the desk. Shed come out of the office after 20 minutes saying "yeah?" Room was dirty, blood on the sheets and comforter so it was fresh when the bed was made. Gross. Definitely not an already washed stain. Finally found the receptionist and she gave us a new room. Guess what? More blood! Goo on the walls, hair everywhere. Barely any working lights in the room. Maintenance was called but never came, pool was ICE cold, hot tub was the same temperature and didn't work. Pool room had no lights, door lock was falling off. I was hoping breakfast would save this trip for my family since people raved about it. A pan of eggs and a bowl of moldy oranges. Like green fuzzy growing things oranges. Got my son juice out of the machine and had a black chunk in it. It's hands down the worst experience I've ever had. We couldn't wait to pack up and leave this morning. We'll be trying to get a refund through customer service. Please don't listen to these good reviews. It's horrendous.

Convenient location a short distance from Midland. Rooms large and well appointed. Spent a second night 8 days later on return trip.

Was not able to keep an eye on my vehicle from the room we were assigned.

The hotel is just an old hotel, could use some love from corporate. The staff were absolutely horrible, on a level I have not experienced in years. The short, round desk agent (not being mean just no name tag) took an amazing day and turned it into a horrible experience. She was having issues locating our reservation, dismissed us and told us to call the booking agent. Called Comforts main reservation, very nice, who stated no issues and she should be able to find it. After a bunch of Bach and forth, snotty faces and aggression, both with us and her own reservations staff, we decided to cancel and leave. Decent property horrific staff. Corporate or the GM at the very least needs to reevaluate the front desk agent on duty for Sep 16ths PM shift.

The service and property were great but the pool was overchlorinated. It made my son nauseated after a few minutes.
