"Comfy family stay "

The king room was comfy and large. Great space with a nice pool that was perfect for the family. Breakfast was nice and yummy too!

This is my second time staying here and I enjoy it.. this time the elevator wasn’t working so it was a bit of an inconvenience but understandable that things go out from time to time..

"Not a very pleasant stay"

We got to use the dinning room to have lunch as a group.

One of my rooms the key card didn’t work and the staff had been told numerous times my guest were not moved until halfway through our stay. The pool facilities didn’t work housekeeping never came to refresh towel or take out trash. We had to find our own towels. Housekeeping came the day of checkout at 8 am and let themselves in before I could get to the door. My rooms were supposed to be joined and weren’t. Overall not a very pleasant stay.
