Stayed 2 nights very comfortable and clean,good breakfast and friendly hosts would stay again

A short break before the summer holidays , a chance to visit Torquay and the surrounding area.

we had a lovely weekend break, very friendly and helpful staff,good access for local amenities with bus stop directly outside.

An all round perfect trip topped by the perfect little guest house. chose it on a whim for a little getaway with my boyfriend and it turned out perfectly! The staff were particually lovely, they made the trip that much better. The room had a lovely bathroom, and was very spacious with everything you needed! Very clean and tidy, a lovely place to return to after a long day exploring torquay. Would definetly stay again and not to mention, the breakfast is delicious and quick (full english, eggs and salmon and cereal on choice). Also, after we had checked out i lost my phone before the train home (consequently missing the train) and I was went back and was greeted with all the help in the world and a place to sit until the next train, they were lovely about it all. Thankyou for having us, it was a pleasure and hopefully see Burleigh House soon!

Friendly and accommodating although a little dated. Service and cleanliness more than made up for this

Delightful hosts who made the stay special. The room was spacious and nicely appointed more like a suite than a room. The shower was large and spacious. There was a balcony that looked out over the woods and we saw foxes. Breakfast was delicious and you had a choice of what you wanted.
