The owner was very friendly and the property was clean. There is free parking which is highly unusual in Bournemouth. Most hotels say free parking but when you get there its paid parking. This place is actually free. I would definitely stay again

The service provided was superb. The staff was friendly, helpful and flexible. On top of that there was a lovely breakfast not mentioning nice clean room. Everything you looking for is there. Defiantly will come back! J

"Recused weekend "

We would like to thank Brookland guesthouse and all the staff for coming to our rescue. They made us feel very welcome. Which made our short stay well worth while. Food and hygiene 100%. Thanks Sue + Paul Parsons
