Wonderful, friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Floor boards on the stairs were very creaky and the shower very loud! Worried we would wake people up! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

"lovely stay "

Lovely comfortable hotel. Fantastic value for money. All staff exceptionally helpful. Only downfall was the steep hill to beach etc. But in whole I’d recommend to any one looking for cheap and cheerful hotel with a yummy full English/continental breakfast

"Lovely stay at Brooklands B&B"

Lovely friendly welcome by the owners. Room was cosy and warm. Breakfast was outstanding! Free parking (not often you get that in Bournemouth). We would not hesitate to stay at Brooklands B&B again.
