Everything was brilliant, the hosts were warm and welcoming. Located near to all attractions and amenities. Large double bedroom well appointed and a hearty breakfast in the morning.

The Hosts (Tracey) and her husband were amazing. The place was immaculate. Very good breakfast lots of choices, cooked to order. The location was great 4 mins walk to my destination. Excellent stay

This is the perfect b&b for a visit to Harrogate as only a 5 minute walk into town. Lovely bright spacious room, comfy bed & a great range of fresh cooked breakfast options. I will definitely be booking again!
