This is a great place to stay. The host, Tracy, is welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel at home. The cost represented extremely good value for money. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast! The location is also excellent, in a quiet road just a ten minute walk from some lovely pubs and restaurants. We won't consider staying anywhere else on our next visit to Harrogate!

"Great for a wonder around Harrogate"

Owner is super attentive. Room was comfy with plenty of storage space. It had a kettle in the room. I felt very welcomed. Location is superb. Had a relaxing time there.

All good! Would come back for sure.
