Friendly welcome from Tracey. Very comfortable and clean room. Lovely quiet area, but walking distance into town. Tasty breakfast, cooked to order. Will definitely return.

Street parking was easy , and with free passes , Tracey was welcoming , friendly and attentive . the room was very comfortable , breakfast excellent and the proximity to the town centre was very good

It was a really lovely 4 day break in Harrogate.Tracey was very friendly, helpful and informative, we felt very welcome. The room was spacious ( thank you for the upgrade ) and clean and had everything we needed.The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.We would highly recommend staying here. If we are ever back in Harrogate we will definitely stay here again. Close to all amenities too :)
