Clean, friendly

Wifi in room was very intermittent

Central location Windows opened Comfortable beds The fact that the room wasn’t made up or cleaned while we were there. Not necessary for a couple of days The staff were very helpful and friendly

Dark rooms and lighting poor Bed frame was proud of the mattress so kept banging legs Shower not detachable

Spacious room, clean, great breakfast and excellent location

The suite was absolutely fabulous so spacious with two bathrooms lounge bed area etc.

I have a disability and our room was on the first floor, the lifts only went to the second floor despite saying lift to all floors

Breakfast was good, full English or continental. Choice of in your room in the bar area. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room very large and comfortable and best of all was the location , great few days away.

Could be noisy late and early morning. But took this into consideration when booking, you can't expect it not to be if you book a hotel in the city centre. You either choose location for convenience or choose somewhere quieter further out of town that's not so convenient.
