Please be aware some advertised extras i.e bath robes and chocolates are not available on reduced rates rooms. As these rates are a special promotion. We do not allow anyone in the hotel after 10pm other than the guests named on the booking. A late fee will be charged if you check out later than 11am For Suite for 10 people deposit is £250 check out 12pm. Please note an ID is needed for children upon checking in. Please contact the hotel for further information. Please note that if caught smoking in the room your deposit will be retained. Late checkout with out permission will be at a fee minimum of £25- £100. We do not offer twin beds' 1-2 guests share a bed. Sofa bed made up will be at a surplus of £50 unless paying for 3 people.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
