Piccolo angolo di paradiso tra le campagne di Minorca. Tranquillità massima, camere comode, personale gentilissimo e colazione eccellente. Avrei voluto rimanere più a lungo. Ritornerò senza dubbio!

What a beautiful hotel! Wow... The food, the location, the staff. Faultless really. We will be back.

Coffee in the rooms, coffee at breakfast. There is very little to complain about but the coffee is from a machine at breakfast and Nescafé sachets in the room with longlife milk. My one recommendation is some french presses, some really good coffees and a better solution for the rooms (please not Nespresso, maybe coffee bags from grind). I think a top quality pour over or french press at breakfast would be perfect. Think Watchhouse, kiss the hippo or caravan coffee.

Amazing hotel, in the perfect location to see the east of the Island. The breakfast was amazing each morning. We loved the pool and the scenery surround the hotel was incredible. Staff super friendly and couldn't recommend it enough.

Not much to complain about, everything was great.
