Binissaida Boutique Hotel

Breakfast selection and quality was excellent, with lots of fresh fruit, tomatoes and their own olive oil. Staff prepared gluten free options and made special gluten free roll for me. Setting on the breezy patio was divine. Property size was lovely and initmate and staff were excellent. Pool was fantastic. I especially loved the water "ballet" class! Rooms were large and comfortable and the mix of sunny vs shaded communal areas was very nice. Dinner was outstanding, we ae three times we enjoyed it so much! Would be nice to have a few more vegetarian options on the lunch dinner menu, especially those that appeal to kids. Loved the location in a quiet secluded hillside but close to Maho. Loved the short walk to the harbor where we could swim and easy access to the rest of the island.

- More vegetarian options on lunch and dinner menu. - Option to have casual (less expensive) dinner in pool area (perhaps a limited menu), maybe just a couple days a week, would have been nice for our family. - Loved the water ballet class in the pool but would have appreciated to have it start an hour earlier on one or a couple days ... it ran into our "daytrip" timing - Room could benefit from more towel hooks! - Staff were very responsive but we had a misunderstanding on activity booking from the concierge service; we thought activities were being booked and held for us and didnt realise that the spots weren't secured until we paid. More transparency on the process and details of the activities (address, parking info, payment deadlines, inclusions ieL food and drinks) would be an improvement. - Rooster was very noisy early in the morning, especially for the roooms on the far end. Maybe he could be relocated a little futher from the bedrooms? :)

Stylish, cleanliness & friendly staff. Rooms great size, breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices. Beach/pool towels & beach tote bag where nice touch & good quality

Loungers at pool were in poor condition as mattresses sodden with water & uncomfortable. Food served at dinner was disappointing and expensive. Dressing gowns missing from room

Beautiful property and good standard with an excellent restaurant and facilities.

Sun bed mattress should have been taken out of the rain. They remained wet throughout our stay. No bathrobes in our room.

Amazing ambience, styling and vibes. So quiet and chilled. Breakfast is amazing. Full avocados tomatoes and figs - all fresh produce. Dinner was also incredible. Dog friendly too which was nice.

The building has already 20years thus it would be good to refresh the rooms.
