Très bien tranquille pour bien dormir. Après une journée au carnaval de Venise.

Bus stop from hotel is dangerously close to highway, no benches, no lights. Taxi overcharges around 70 euros for drop off to mestre station. Heating in room is insufficient. Shower water fluctuates between cold and hot. Breakfast was bare minimum. This is unfortunately not a 3 star hotel.

The property was overbooked and booked us to another hotel without informing us ahead. They refused to arrange the transport. And the new place’s condition is old and terrible compared to the photos advertised.

Excellent value: price, comfort, breakfast, friendly staff; ALL VERY GOOD!!

Nothing to dislike

Stayed in this hotel only for one night a little bit far away from the city, needs to have a car to get there. Clean tidy, basic hotel good for couple nights staying.

Love this place, it was very clean, quiet and the breakfast was the best I had in a long time

Lovely staff and always helpful. Take bus 80 from Venice to Lugo (5 euros charge) and the hotel is just 1 min walk from the stop so very convenient.

The room was good. The washroom was smaller. The staff were friendly and good. We arrived late night. We had some trouble checking in. But the staff helped us, even though it took some time. The breakfast was good.

Ottima soluzione come appoggio per Venezia o Mestre. Stanza ampia e pulita.
