Abbiamo scelto questo posto per comodità di ubicazione dovendo visitare i dintorni più che per la struttura, ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto , gentilezza del personale soprattutto, camera perfetta pulita e ordinata. La sera stanchi abbiamo deciso di mangiare presso il ristorante dove devo dire abbiamo mangiato benissimo tanto da decidere di cenare nuovamente il giorno successivo. Colazione semplice e biondissima. Complimenti davvero alla direzione.

This is a quite little place outside city limits. So if you have a car it’s the perfect affordable place to stay to sleep at. There is a bus stop that you can walk to-it will take you to Venice where you can take the ferry. We chose to drive our personal vehicle and parked near the ferry area paid 20 euros for the entire day, got them took the ferry. The room we stayed in had two beds, nice and clean.

Accueillis par l’odeur de la station d’épuration d’à côté qui s’est estompée en soirée. Accueil froid du gérant. Chambre désuète. Sans saveur. Déçus

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. Su ubicación relativamente cerca de Venecia y su precio, lo hacen bastante atractivo.

Good-priced and very clean accommodation if you are arriving to Venice area in the evening and don't want to spend money paying for an extra hotel night in Venice. The hotel is easy to find and is right on the road to Venice and a short drive to the very reasonable MARIVE parking (7 euro per day) from which you can take a ferry (10 euro roundtrip) to Venice.

Excellent place if you want to enjoy the country side, with easy access to Venice (bus stop within 100m), super convenient to those travelling by car. Also easy access to Chioggia and its beaches. There are many small towns with good eating options (eg. Campagnia Lupia) with even a nice gelateria.

El sitio es muy tranquilo, pero requiere una puesta al día, las instalaciones son bastante precarias. No hay ascensor, y nos cambiaron a la planta baja. En general no lo recomiendo.

Sehr alte Möbel. Dadurch dass unten ein Restaurant ist. Riecht das komplette Hotel nach Essen. Rezeption war ein Herr der auch für die Bedienung zuständig war, deshalb wirkte er sehr gestresst.

Cleanless was orribile, the bed was used before my staying, so much dirty inside the linen, bathroom with residual in the water with sanitarized on the top, price very high for this so little room . The morning was so unhappy with bad smell coming from the bathroom. The floor with food residual.....
