Hotel is dated could do with refurb

The location and view is brilliant and the staff are very good, I have stayed previously and went back for the second time.Room was comfortable; some problems with the shower drain but rapidly sorted. Some evidence of the usual issue with mould marks round the shower cubicle. But a very enjoyable stay, breakfast very good and a good choice.

The receptionist who was on in the morning was very polite and caring, and a great receptionist. Had the spa to myself so at 20:00 was a great time to go there very rekaxing.

I had to wait 10mins to check in and the lady was a little cold. Then i reported that i either had cold or hot in the shower it would not mix, the receptionist was adamant that i was mistaken, and she was going to show me how to do it, like you need a qualification to get warm not burning water. The shower in the spa was better.
