The Manor Hotel

The staff are really good - helpful, friendly and polite. Good swimming pool. Lovely gardens and wonderful views. We had dinner 3 evenings and food was delicious. Breakfast adequate but did enjoy the yoghurt!

The rooms are good but it’s a shame many don’t have views - but it’s the layout of the hotel, nothing can be done.

What a fantastic 1 night stay! Firstly, a heartfelt thank you to Suzanne for being such an incredible host on the arrival of our first night alongside Gabs the waitress, and a huge thank you to Adrian who looked after us for breakfast the following morning - your warmth and kindness is what made our stay so amazing! We made the most of our time here after climbing pen y fan, enjoying a powerful but relaxing hot shower followed by dinner at the hotel restaurant which was INCREDIBLE! Halloumi burger and beef dripping burger we’d highly recommend!!! Our room was in the newer part of the hotel which had lovely neutral colours, with kettle and seating which was spacious yet cosy and the beds were insanely comfortable. The hotel breakfast the following morning was the best I’ve ever had, with so many locally sourced options and healthy toppings, there was a fantastic variety. The eggs Royale and avocado on local sourdough was exceptional. After letting breakfast digest we used the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi and pretty much had the facilities to ourselves which was a lovely experience. Very happy with the cleanliness and how new the gym equipment was. Only downside is we wished we booked another night!

Good , lovely staff and great location. Not as modern as a lot of places but had a lovely aged charm to all the reception areas. Rooms were large and comfortable

The view was incredible and breakfast exceeded expectations.

The room was very comfortable and there were two comfortable chairs to use too. There was a great view from the room overlooking the garden. The range of breakfast items was good

The bathroom surfaces could have been a bit cleaner, and unfortunately the sockets and usb ports on one side of the bed did not work.
