Everything was great.
EEIt was a nice place with a good view and nice balcony. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and the breakfest in the next house cafeteria was also good, even though there was only 2 options they bring to the table: one pancake with jam or fried egg with bacon and salad (+1 coffe or tea). First one was a more kids size breakfest, second one good for adults.
The room was quite cold and we couldn't find any option to adjust the heating or radiators. The bathroom floor was compleatly cold, the floor heating system didn't work in any mode and the only thing that could be turned on and provided some heat was towel dryer.

There was no choice for the breakfast - only one single option which I would find difficult for vegetarians. The place is not a popular destination for travellers to stay at so it was difficult to find an administrator who was absent at the time of my arrival.
