Wherry Hotel

Lovely breakfast. The room was good, lots of room. Nice toiletries. I loved the yellow duck.

The pillows were to flat no cushions. And one chair.

Great food and lovely views from the dining area. Plus staff first class.

Lovely Location, meals were excellent, best roast dinner.

Excellent greeting, very cheery lovely reception. Lovely view. Comfortable room. We had evening meal, which was ok. The staff were really friendly, especially a waitress (who I don’t know her name. But had lovely tattoos on her arms). She was very friendly and we had a bit of banter with. Singer on that night, who was amazing. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Room could have been a bit cleaner, especially as we had one of the more expensive rooms. Cobwebs in bathroom, shower screen not great. Dust on headboard and lights. But bedding was lovely with lovely crisp clean sheets.

Location as always

On this particular night easter Sunday a very loud function on which could be heard in room. Not stayed here before on a bank holiday weekend wouldn't again...but in week a very enjoyable experience

Free parking - Very friendly greeting - the lift!

Sadly I had a terrible sewer smell coming from my bathroom throughout my stay, the pipe works definitely need attention, I immediately emailed the Hotel about this as no one was on reception. The cups/glasses were dirty but I always wash before using wherever I go.
