Breakfast was very good

Velox window needs serious attentions. Toilet did not flush well. Blind in window faulty. Shower head did not fit holder and fell on me.

"A wonderful stay in a friendly Hotel, excellent location overlooking Oulton Broad."

We had a deluxe room overlooking Oulton Broad - the view was Magnificant Hotel & our room was very clean. The large Car Park was spacious & free Breakfast, Carvery & Evening Dinner from the Main Menu were all extremely good. Staff were brilliant, all were very friendly and efficient - a supurb team at Breakfast, Carvery, Restaurant, Bar & Reception. Sue & her collegues in Reception were so helpful & welcoming. We would certainly want return to this Hotel in the future.
