Spotless (if a little tired), comfortable (space to spread your wings in the communal areas), good breakfast, cheerful staff, nice view from room, lift worked. This is a large pub/hotel right by the broad with a good atmosphere that matches the architecture if that is the kind of venue you want.

Our Room 208 on second floor is a bit pokey . Small window, inadequate space to the LH side of the bed, TV too small for how far it was from the bed head. A bit of maintenance needed to the shower head and bath plug and drain
