Disappointed from reviews left by some previous guests. Very noisy and busy hotel. Restaurant was very cramped although not very crowded. Food choice was poor with 3 items not available. ( Pork and Cod) ?? No guest room for relaxing. Rooms were small and not too comfortable. Would not recommend this hotel. Will not be back.

I stayed at the Palm Court with my family and bridesmaids while we were in Aberdeen shopping for wedding dresses. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had an early start one morning which was before breakfast was served so the staff kindly made us pack lunches with hot rolls, tea/coffees and pastries for us to take away. It was very much appreciated.
