Henann Garden Resort

The garden like environment with beautiful palm trees and other plants around the pools is beautiful 😍. The rooms are very clean and well located overlooking the garden and pool areas is very nice. The breakfast and service was great. The food was very good and good variety. Miss Marlyn was very nice, friendly and polite. 5 stars for her please! Very good value for the stay.

We spent a month here. Good location. Excellent staff all around. Very attentive. Nice gym, machines and free weights, and trainer Pascual was knowledgeable and great. Room was very nice and clean. comfortable bed and pillows.The staff at the buffet were all very polite and the service was always good. Nice pools, excpet the staff at the pool need to be a little bit more in control of loud guests , especially children as they tend to get loud at times and it ruins the relaxing, serene environment of the beautiful pools.

I was placed in room with constructions works around me. It was too loud and I was moved to another room. Nobody should have been assigned those rooms given the level of noise

Our room with direct pool access was nice. Staff were friendly and polite. Location to White Beach was within easy reach

Bedbugs!! Informed the reception. Was offered another room, but needed to check out the following day at 12 noon, be in limbo for 3 hours, before being given an avaliable room at 3pm. Unacceptable to be subjected to the lobby without a room for three hours, for something that's not my fault. The TV in the room is not a smart TV. Although it advertised digital channels, it was only analogue. Only CNN news, no BBC. Great if you understand Tagalog or Korean. The toaster, at breakfast time. You need to insert the bread 3 times before it gets toasted (BUY A NEW TOASTER!!) Eggs - either over fried and hard, or underfried and the whites are translucent and raw. (THE COOK NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO FRY AN EGG) During breakfast, the pots containing food are left with the lids raised and the food is open to flies. Staff don't close lids, no signs for customers to close after use. No lounger chair on terrace, by poolside. Had to keep the curtains closed all the time, because everyone opposite or in the poll can see inside the room.- No privacy - One way glass needed Room Safe - Top row of digits not displayed. Difficult to enter PIN with a dodgy display. (BUY A NEW SAFE) Compared to the Henann Crystal Sands or Henann Palm, this hotel seems run-down and seen better days.
