Cedric, the pool bar staff was highly commended for his exceptional attitude. Super accomodating and friendly.

The staff were great. They were polite and happy and not overbearing. The beds were also great. Pools were lovely and clean. Food was delicious.

There were 3 of us but there were always just 2 towels. When they replenished the room, only 2 towels as well. The toilet bowl would probably need some replacement as they are too low.

It was a very pleasant environment and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hospitality is their game. I also appreciated how the rooms are cleaned everyday in addition to fresh towels. They value each of their customer. We were assisted every step of the way even you not asking them to do so. My son loved the pool which he said was warm and fun. It was not beachfront but that gives you privacy from the noise and crowd at the beach area. It was value for money.

The staff are extremely helpful and considerate. Free towel and beach mat rental service is super useful. The pool (and bar) is nice. Great massage with great price. Easy access to beachfront and private seats are nice. Room is super clean and organized.

Breakfast is okay. Many options but does not feel very fresh. Wifi is a disaster. Some nights I get absolutely zero signals, so personal esim is highly recommended. Sometimes I hear noises from a ceiling, like continuous mechanical impacts. The TV is disappointing. Local cable is crap. The streaming services are unusable because the TV wouldn't connect to room wifi. So basically the TV is a useless piece of industrial junk unless you bring your own laptop and HDMI cable.

We had a wonderful experience and will gladly recommend it to our family and friends. Room is big and clean, friendly athmosphere everybody always have a smile on their face. A special mention to Chona in the Garden cafe who made our mornings extra bright with her warm smile and excellent service every single day. 😊
