Henann Garden Resort

Very relaxing and family friendly hotel.

Very memorable and pleasant experience, polite staff, good food and nice pools! Its a bit of walk to the beach though, but they have a dedicated area at the beach so still good. We had an issue with our booking and Ms Myla at the helpdesk is very accommodating and helpful to sort the issue and provide us reasonable options. Huge thanks to her, as she constantly check on us and make sure our stay is hassle free and pleasant. Will book again if given a chance, highly recommended!

2nd visit, and wont be the last. love this place Deluxe room, 491, lovely. its showing a bit of wear if you go looking for it, but its big, clean, well presented, and very nice to spend a few days in Food at hotel is great, plenty of swimming choices, and 200yds from room to beach. Transfers are great as well, brilliant service and value. its also middle of station2, so location wise it was great, plenty nearby to experience! Cant wait to return again

Henann garden is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at and it is on the top of my list in terms of friendliness and service. The staff greets you and remembers your requests and accommodates all your needs. Marlyn and Joan from Henann garden made our visit extra special. They went above and beyond and made our breakfast very memorable. It was great to stay at Henann and make new friends and lasting memories.

We had an amazing experience staying at Henann Garden. Marlyn was an amazing server and she provided the best service during our stay. She always made sure that we had everything we need like coffee.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the property is relaxing and well-maintained. Cleanliness was excellent, and the service truly stood out—staff were attentive, professional, and made our experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to Ronalyn from the Front Desk and Nicole from Sales (activities and tours), who were both incredibly impressive in assisting us from day one of our stay. Their warmth, efficiency, and willingness to help made a big difference in our overall experience. Amenities were also great and added to the comfort of our stay. That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The lighting inside the room was a bit too dim, and brighter lighting would make the space feel more comfortable. Additionally, the noise level in our room could be improved, as it is located directly in front of the pool bar, which can get quite lively. Overall, it was still a very good experience, and with a few adjustments, it could easily be exceptional.

Obsługa była niezwykle uprzejma, pomocna i zawsze gotowa spełnić nasze prośby. Dzięki temu atmosfera była wyjątkowo przyjazna i komfortowa. Pokój był przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie.
