Excellent stay. Perfect location. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great as well.

The Sandpiper Guest House is a really lovely place to stay. Situated just a short walk from the seafront and perfect for exploring the area. The hosts Debbie and Denise are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Great choice of breakfasts and very tasty. Our room was very comfortable and sparkling clean. Would definitely recommend and we would love to return in the future.

The Sandpiper is very well run by Debbie & Denise. Very well appointed, modern & clean decor throughout and many nice touches. A warm welcome, clean & well presented room, a wonderful breakfast with lots of choice. It's very handily located, in a quiet cul-de-sac only 10 mins walk from the front & also only 10mins walk from the railway station. My wife & I are really pleased to have discovered this gem of a guest house - will definitely be returning.

The property was spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable, well equipped and light and airy. There was a lovely view from the window of the garden, trees and houses beyond. Denise and Debbie were lovely ladies, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was delicious. A good choice of breakfast items. The location was good, it was handy for the town and seafront.

The property is on a hill so might not be suitable for older or less mobile people. Although there are plenty of taxis available.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It made us instantly feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely.

Our room was on the ground floor near entrance. I would have liked a night/ day blind on the window with the curtains.Just felt a bit exposed

Just had the best week staying here. Couldn’t have asked for more. Breakfast was lovely and the room was very comfortable. Didn’t want to come home. So much to do in Torquay and the surrounding area and this was the perfect base for us to do it all from

The Sandpiper Guest House Food & Drink - Delicious breakfast variety! We tried everything on the menu, and it was all very tasty and as expected and advertised in pictures. We do recommend trying the sausages 😋 Hospitality - Both Debbie and Denise were extremely friendly, kind, and attentive! One hot day, they brought out games and even a little pool for my children to play out. Another day these 2 amazing women played water fights and bubble popping games so us parents could eat our tea in peace 🥰 The ladies were very content in noticing what our family liked and used and always set extra out for us, they couldn't have been any more thoughtful! Cleanliness - The whole accomodation was spotless and very well presented and had a beautifully modern look throughout. Everything from leaflets to furniture was laid out perfectly neat. ✨️ Room 3 - We had very comfortable and fresh beds that were made every day by the ladies! A modern and visually pleasing look throughout the whole of the room. There is a lot of storage space for clothes, cases etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, milk, biscuits, fresh cold water ❄️ & all towels topped up every day. We had TV's in both of the rooms in the family room. The bathroom was spotless and came with coplimentary sanitary bags and this AMAZING SMELLING hand soap and body & hair wash 🛁 Beautiful scenic view out of the windows 🚅 ⛪️ Accomodation - Warming, modern & homely environment. The back garden is very tranquil with the bird bath, lights all over, and beautiful flowers everywhere. This property is a 10-minute walk from the marina front to which you walk through Torre Abbey to get to 🛥 Overall, it was a great place to stay if you are visiting Torquay 🌻 Well done ladies, you have done an amazing job 👌 see you again ❤️
