"Excellent"

The bedroom was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Pre ordering breakfast was a good idea. Debbie and Denise were very warm and welcoming.

Absolutely brilliant, the hospitality and accommodation was best we have experienced. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was excellent and the owners were really friendly and helpful. We would rate the stay at 10 out of 10.

There was nothing to not like with the Sandpiper Guest house, everything was just right, Debbie and Denise made sure that our stay with them was absolutely the best.

Such a lovely welcoming family friendly guest house. All recently renovated, great rooms, super clean and delicious breakfast. Debbie and Denise are such friendly and kind hosts. A wonderful stay.

"Great place to stay."

From the moment Denise greeted us with a warm and friendly hello I knew we had chosen the right place to stay. She showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was equally as spacious and spotlessly clean. After a great nights sleep in a very comfy bed we headed for our pre ordered breakfast. Gluten free options included. There was a good choice available but we went for the full English. All the produce used comes from local suppliers and tasted delicious. We were offered as much tea/coffee and toast as we wanted. Debbie was looking after us and chatted to everyone, making sure we had everything we needed. The sandpiper is tucked away at the end of a quiet street. Easy to walk into Torquay from there. It is on a bit of an incline but nothing too taxing. Both Denise and Debbie were very knowledgeable about things to do and places to go. All in all a lovely place to stay with parking on site , fabulous hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if we’re back in Torquay.

Brilliant stay, lovely room where kids had there own part within the family room with proper beds, lovely breakfast made to order, friendly staff and we could come and go as we pleased.
