Stayed one night only with a very late check in. Straightforward and easy check in. The room was small, but clean with all the necessary things available. But unfortunately it was a smokers floor- the smell quite strong. My room was with a door to the adjacent room and I could hear my neighbor walking around, coughing etc. Due to the late check in I did not request a change in room- but being put on a smokers floor despite requesting non smoking is extremely unpleasant.

Stayed at this hotel many times before. This time the service was terrible. The basin drain stop was not working. I saw the house keeping on the floor that responded immediately. I explained the problem, she demonstrated by useing her gloved hand to open, I requested it to be left open and it was not done. Furthermore the room did not have hand towels and a bath mat. I expected maintenance to respond..but nothing happened

Nice place to stay...Hotel has a casino and excellent food joints... if you are coming from JHB Airport pls ask for hotel shuttle, else the taxi guys will charge for Rand 130 which is very high as it is just 5 minutes from Airport.
