Peermont Metcourt at Emperors Palace

The hotel staff were pleasant and the room was large and clean. My only concern was the noise from the neighbouring bars and restaurants. The breakfast was buffet and had many choices available. A great option if you want to be close to the airport in between flights.

Outstanding gambling conditions for all tastes. The hotel was very good value for money. Highly recommended for a business or gambling stay. I cannot fault any part of our experience here and will definitely visit again

The family room was spacious and breakfast was good, but the running of the hotel was very poor. The swimming pool rules about queuing to receive wrist bands was ridiculous, and the token rules for towels was pathetic. The pool closed at 6pm at the height of summer which was ridiculous. We ordered an evening meal one night at the hotel restaurant which was disgusting, the fish was not fresh and the chips were like rubber. The management were not professional, closing a door in my husbands face when he went to complain. Overall, not a pleasant experience, would definitely not stay there again. Would not recommend.

Great economy stay . Complimentary toothpaste would be great for travelers with hand luggage but overall no complaints . Did request a king room but got a double however it was only one available for early check in and a smoking room so no real problem .

When booked at metcourt suites paying higher rates but had to go to the flag restaurant at peermont metcourt hotel to have breakfast because they closed the restaurant at metcourt suites . Only God knows why? The breakfast and service was pathetic. They had flies sitting on the food expecting people to eat the same food. There were flies everywhere. People had to wait to get a table because now 1 restaurant had to see to to hotels. Disgusting.

Sunday stay. There were many things to do. We saw a show and visited the garden of lights, then had dinner at Rosettas. Dinner was fantastic with a large variety even for vegetarians. Check in was Quick and the WiFi was sufficient.

First time at this hotel,booked in for night after going to Michael Jackson show,went for dinner and garden of lights,had a drink so didn’t want to drive home,was a long day so just fell into bed,the room was big and comfortable,didn’t like shower in bath,or glass doors ,but was just for one night,saw iron in cupboard for travelers,was quiet and peaceful.

Love the stay,wish I could stay more often. Won't even think twice,will be there in a flash. Love the friendly staff and so helpful, the room was so nice and warming. Bed was comfortable and everything so pleasing in the room.

Everything you need in one space we had a concert that night and felt safer staying over at the venue of the concert and it ended up being one of the best nights of our lives as we got engaged and had huge celebrations

Extremely poor experience. Unable to contact central reservations - try it for yourself. Aircon makes horrible noise - unable to sleep with it on and does not cool down room at all. No body wash in shower. Noise from nearby function so loud that items vibrated in my room (I am not exaggerating). Complained 4 times between 10:30 and 11:15pm, eventually the manager moved me to another hotel so I packed up all my items and moved as I had to be up at 4am for a flight and needed to get some sleep. I booked a room at a hotel, not at a night club. NO consideration for those staying at the hotel. I will NEVER EVER stay at your hotel again.
