Vijayshree Resort And Heritage Village

The rooms did not have memory foam beds as was written on the web site. The pool had slimed walls. rooms smelled of moth balls which are in the bathroom. A rodent was in our room. Food was good in the restaurant/to order. Disappointing stay.

The resort is well maintained and has nice greenery. Well maintained garden, rooms, restaurant, pool etc. Very friendly staff. had a very relaxing and cozy stay at the resort, had a good time visiting the theme village in the evening. Rajasthani food was awesome. had little trouble with hot water in the next morning, but this doesn't reduce our liking towards the resort. Spa service was average for the price, pool very well maintained and big.

We were there for 3 days in the third week of June and had a very pleasant stay. Well maintained resort, hospitable service staff, that were eager to help. We were the only guests in the resort the week that we stayed there...On Day-2 the water motor pump stopped working and we had a quite an experience in calling the service desk to get it fixed. They did fix it in a couple of hours and did all they could to compensate for this not so positive experience. Food was OK.

Good location, food is not good.

Check in was smooth and efficient. We were allotted room immediately even though we had checked in @8am. (Though the reason may be the resort had total occupancy of only 3 including us). The property is quite big & it is a well maintained resort with friendly & efficient staff. Room interiors are ok and the room doesn't give u the feel of a 4 or 5 star property. Furniture looks old and is of average quality. Breakfast is good. Lunch/dinner average taste. It is a Pure vegetarian and smoke free property which is a big plus for people like me. Room rates of @7-8K per night (incl. of breakfast) seem to be very heavy as compared to other 3-4 star property options available in Hospet. If u r travelling with children, are pure veg. & need smoke free property then this is the right choice. Else, u can get better value for money options in Hospet.

Best place to stay in hampi. Experience of stay was out of the world. If I would have not stayed here I am sure my hampi trip would not have been that big a fun...

It was a nice place to stay. Beautiful landscaping and surrounding. Food was nice too. Little bit expensive.

Quiet place in a green garden. Away from the noise of hospet and near to the sights of Hampi. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very good restaurant. A good choice for visiting the area of Hampi, Vijayanagar.

Extremely wonderful service. Rooms were excellent. Quality of food was satisfactory. Strongly recommend staying in this resort if you visit Hampi. Should definitely keep a day extra at hand to enjoy the luxuries of this place. Some negatives -- this place does not have a bar
