The landscape was terrific! It was designed in a way so that the bungalows have privacy. Early in the morning, great for monkey watching. The floors inside were a bit slippery so hadcto watch when walking. The shower took a while to drain n amenitywas just ok. But we had a hreat stay!

"Fabulous experience"

Wonderful experience, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. We spent time swimming on the beach, enjoying the ocean front on the resort and restaurant and relaxing in the pools. The third pool was under renovation but positive it is going to be fabulous once finished. It was accessible to activities and excursions. Would definitely recommend.

Location, staff and breakfast was outstanding! You just have to come and visit yourself. One suggestion is once you take the longboat to the pier, call the property to assist you with your luggage as it is a very long pier

"Great resort in Railay beach at great value"

Great hotel, everything was awesome. Very good location and a perfect structure at the bungalow, nice place to enjoy the beach and get relaxed. Beach chairs were great, easy to come back and forth from the beach with a swimming pool close by. Breakfast and dining options could be a little bit better

Security guard was unwelcoming and unfriendly upon our arrival in West Railay Beach. At registration they assigned an inferior room, claiming it was a “free upgrade”. We insisted to see the original room and it was much nicer so we had to insist that we got it. They were not happy to let us have it. They accused us of stealing umbrellas, which were take by someone at breakfast. Generally very unfriendly staff with immoral policies. I wouldn’t stay here again! Must be owned by some really mean people. The only helpful and friendly member staff was a buggy driver.
