Close proximity to shops (as in really close). Staff member are awesome!!!

My assigned room was clean but the aircon was so noisy and it was not giving enough cold air. I went to the reception and told me that she will send a maintenance to check it. Someone came and checked the aircon but same thing it was noisy and since the item was so old the maintenance told he can’t do anything about it.

Clean and love that they have microwave, big refrigerator, plates and silverware. My was very cozy. Love it.

As always, it was fast check in. Bellboy is always ready to give a hand and take you to the room and check if all facilities are in working condition. I was given my requested room and everything went well up to check out. Anne, at the lobby office was courteous and alert.

It was near groceries,laundromat and places to eat. I originally requested for 2 twin bed room. Was told 1 bedroom have no twin beds. Air conditioner in living room emitted burning smell when maintenance worker started it. One window lock was broken. I was reassigned to a new room upon request. New room have better working air conditioners and no broken window locks.

It’s very near and accessible to the shopping mall and the sorrounding area is clean and safe. Lots of places to go while walking. The only thing that I don’t like was, when I call for help to check why there’s a noise outside the adjacent room which is already almost 2 am and that noise was so annoying. And nobody came to check.

Staff friendly and help full, nice breakfast. Key broke in lock and they wanted to charge me for that but later excepted responsibility for the faulty lock and no charge, very good.

Pros: The size of the room was a suite with a reasonable price. It was roomy and clean. Cons: Still using old style door locks and keys instead of card. It's okay, but a little inconvenient.

First time staying here and found the hotel clean, close too the business district and value for money. The staff were friendly and the hotel had good Wi-Fi

Door lock not working properly, missing locks on windows, booked for 3 persons but only 2 towels, and overall condition of buildibg is rundown.
